Dryer

A mechanical equipment that uses heat energy to reduce the moisture of materials, used to dry objects. Working Principle

For example, the drying of wood before making wood molds and woodware can prevent the deformation of products, and the drying of ceramic blanks before calcination can prevent the finished products from cracking. In addition, the dried materials are also easy to transport and store, such as drying the harvested grain to a certain moisture content to prevent mildew. Because natural drying is far from meeting the needs of production development, various mechanized dryers are more and more widely used.

The amount of water vapor in compressed air is determined by the temperature of the compressed air: while keeping the pressure of the compressed air basically unchanged, reducing the temperature of the compressed air can reduce the water vapor content in the compressed air, and excess water Vapor will condense into liquid. They are connected in turn by pipes to form a closed system. The refrigerant continuously circulates in the system, changes its state and exchanges heat with compressed air and cooling medium. Mixer

is composed of a horizontally rotating container and a rotating vertical stirring blade. When the forming material is stirred, the container turns to the left and the blade turns to the right. Due to the effect of countercurrent, the moving directions of the particles of the forming material cross, increasing the chance of contact with each other. The countercurrent mixer has small extrusion pressure on the material, low calorific value, high stirring efficiency and relatively uniform mixing.

Kneader

The kneading machine can be used to produce silicone rubber, sealant, hot melt adhesive, food gum base, pharmaceutical preparations, etc. Kneader is a special mixing and stirring equipment, the most commonly used is the use of two Σ blades, the use of side by side phase tangent differential speed arrangement, that is, a stirring paddle speed, a stirring paddle speed is slow, in order to produce shear force, different paddle speed makes the mixing material can quickly shear, so that the material can be mixed evenly.
