From April 9 to 13, 2018, the 10th China CNC Machine Tool Exhibition (CCMT2018) was held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. It must be admitted that Japan is a pioneer in machine tool technology, and its experience in the development of the machine tool industry is very worthy of our country's enterprises to learn from and learn from. The first is the application of IoT technology. At present, China's machine tool industry has just made a breakthrough on the road of numerical control, but if you want to further improve efficiency and reduce costs, you need Internet of things technology. The author believes that the use of the Internet of things technology will bring the possibility of overtaking to China's machine tool industry, but it should be noted that the Internet of things technology needs to be based on "high-precision, high-efficiency, high-function" high-end machine tools. China also has attempts in this regard, such as Dalian Kede's five-axis horizontal compound machining center, large family laser CNC pipe cutting machine, Baoji machine tool and Huazhong CNC cooperation intelligent high-speed drilling and tapping center HSC-430 are equipped with professional technology and production support software. The ZH5480 gantry milling and drilling center of Wuhan heavy machine tools and the VF1290A gantry high-speed high-precision machining center of Ningbo Tianrui Seiko all have the functions of sensing and adaptive control of cutting force changes. These are the application of intelligent technology in machine tools. However, the development of China's machine tools on the intelligent road is not deep enough, and the technical level is relatively lacking. Overall, there is still a very large space for development.
The last is automated production. The author thinks that the "combination of the above two kinds of intelligence and optimization of factory production" conveyed by Mr. rice village actually refers to an unmanned factory, or it can be said to be an intelligent factory. But we also need to note that the emergence of new technologies also puts forward higher requirements on the performance of machine tools. The development of machine tools to network and intelligence is essentially to adapt to the new production requirements. Japan has gone far on the road of machine tool development, and their development process has a certain reference value for China's machine tool industry. "Standing on the shoulders of giants", I hope that China's machine tool enterprises can go further on the basis of learning from the development experience of other countries.
